Is there someone here who is concerned by violations of copyright?

Anyone, ANYONE who's concerned about copyright violations needs to know how to report them. I've quoted the relevant bits from the link at, well, AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE ( http://archive.org/about/terms.php )

But first, note that claiming copyright when one doesn't own it, is a felony in the U.S., so when false accusations of copyright violations are made (as they often are), the Internet Archive likes to know whom to have thrown in jail.

Quote follows.
----------------------------------------------------------

The Internet Archive respects the intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights of others. The Internet Archive may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, remove certain content or disable access to content that appears to infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyright has been violated by material available through the Internet Archive, please provide the Internet Archive Copyright Agent with the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
An exact description of where the material about which you complain is located within the Internet Archive collections;
Your address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the copyright interest involved or are authorized to act on behalf of that owner; and
Your electronic or physical signature.
The Internet Archive Copyright Agent can be reached as follows:

@Stephen Hutcheson -
"Anyone, ANYONE who's concerned about copyright violations needs to know how to report them."

And do you think everyone and EVERYONE knows of this website?

"I've quoted the relevant bits from the link at, well, AT THE TOP OF THIS PAGE ( http://archive.org/about/terms.php )"

You've pointed out nothing more than company policy; a big thanks for that.

"But first, note that claiming copyright when one doesn't own it, is a felony in the U.S., so when false accusations of copyright violations are made (as they often are), the Internet Archive likes to know whom to have thrown in jail."

Crainquebille has not claimed ownership or even the rights to act on behalf of the rightful owner of the Works in question, he/she has been kind enough to advise the owners of this website of the Copyright Protected Works that shouldn't be in Use(s) here to begin with.

... and look at that Crainquebille has found yet another!

Crainquebille, you have to be specific. There are millions of documents in these archives, and just asserting that you've found some that may be under copyright isn't very useful. Provide links, and the reason you believe they are under copyright.

Links are above.

For example, Trifles for a Massacre is under droit d'auteur in Europa and in many countries, and there is a copyright renewal :

http://collections.stanford.edu/copyrightrenewals/bin/detail?fileID=325917680X

But more important, URAA has restored the copyrights on foreign works that previously were not copyrighted in the U.S.

And I think there is some others copyrighted anti-semitic and negationist books to deleted.
